Gary Keister, President/CEO

Mr. Keister, founder and president of Wescom Capital, Inc., has over thirty years of experience in senior management and in providing strategic management to emerging growth companies. His expertise is in capital formation and structure management for early and secondary stage companies. Mr. Keister has managed a broad array of businesses from inception through all phases of growth and exit.

Mr. Keister served as chairman of the Hudson Bay Group and was a founding director and private investor in John Cabot Company, which owned and operated seafood-processing plants worldwide. Mr. Keister has served as chief executive officer of Veribus, Inc., a private corporate investment firm focused on emerging growth companies and continues to serve as managing partner of a Washington investment partnership.

Mr. Keister is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law where he was a member of the law review. Mr. Keister earned an undergraduate degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and economics from Santa Clara University (SCU).
